FTC Trust can provide resident directors. These can be corporate entities or private individuals from within or outside FTC Trust. As a director of a client's company, FTC Trust becomes (co-) responsible for the day-to-day management and ensures that the company is compliant with all Dutch legal, tax and accounting rules.

FTC Trust can arrange for the registered address of the Dutch entity, and depending on the specific demands of the client , process all communications delivered to the registered address of the company.

In addition, FTC Trust is able to provide office space for individual companies with furnishings, separate telephone and facsimile communications in the name of the company, personnel and office equipment if required

In addition to representative surroundings, FTC Trust offers clients a range of services to help them do business efficiently, from secretarial support to ICT services. FTC Trust can also introduce clients to reputable real estate agents and may assist in the set-up of operations
