Administration, financial and accounting services
- Ensuring compliance with all administrative matters related to the company.
- Preparing and presenting interim statements on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis. Preparing and presenting the financial statements at the end of the (book) year in accordance with accounting and legal requirements.
- Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, consolidated accounts or preparing the reports for consolidation at a higher level.
- Arranging VAT-application and required declarations.
- Co-ordinating and managing if necessary the company's audit.
- Filing the annual accounts with the Chamber of Commerce as required by law.
- Arranging corporate income tax applications and required declarations.
- Handling invoicing.
- Payroll administration and wage tax returns.
