  • Ensuring compliance with all administrative matters related to the company.
  • Preparing and presenting interim statements on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis. Preparing and presenting the financial statements at the end of the (book) year in accordance with accounting and legal requirements.
  • Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, consolidated accounts or preparing the reports for consolidation at a higher level.
  • Arranging VAT-application and required declarations.
  • Co-ordinating and managing if necessary the company's audit.
  • Filing the annual accounts with the Chamber of Commerce as required by law.
  • Arranging corporate income tax applications and required declarations.
  • Handling invoicing.
  • Payroll administration and wage tax returns.
